St. Louis rapper Comethazine’s momentum continued to grow throughout 2018 thanks to hard hitting singles like “Walk” and “Bands.” Last Friday he continued to ride his wave by dropping a new 17-minute project, Bawskee 2. The project is produced by various producers who all generally do a good job to make sure that every beat hits hard enough to distracts us from how unoriginal Comethazine is. Although he is extremely impersonal, there is growth from Bawskee to Bawskee 2 that includes catchier writing. With this being said, Comethazine seems to be at the end of his wave ride and it wouldn’t surprise me if he is quick to fall off in 2019. While the project lacks anything new or different, no one does as good of a Lil Pump impersonation as Comethazine leading to a couple hard hitting bangers on Bawskee 2.
